For onshore assignment
Acts as overall technical expert for Hardware and Database technology
Provides an analysis and assessment of current System Infrastructure versus the proposed new system
Establishes capacity planning and sizing model of hardware based on the information provided by the Technical Services and Database Management Teams
Defines standards for use in assessment of the current systems configuration and itd effectiveness against the business requirement
Manages CAPEX for acquiring hardware and database licenses
Provides new technology assessment for potential implementation and operational efficiency in the future
Coordinates with partner vendors regarding projects, upgrades and other technology related requirements
Initiates license rationalization of all Database for all project and upgrades

| Capacités Requises: |
5 years experience in IT Implementation, Operational support and Capacity Management
Process oriented but with innovation in mind
Has Solution Integration Experience
Tech savvy with exp in DBA particularly in Oracle, Sybase ASE, Sybase IQ and MS SQL and System administration particularly in Unix environment
Knowledge in ITSM and SDLC methodology
Has knowledge of at least one Industry implementation best practices regarding business processes
