Allegro seeks to hire a Field Marketing Representative. The Field Marketing Representative (FMR) will be responsible for researching targeted Market Segments, Customers, and Regions to help identify the accounts that match with the ideal account profile for Allegro solutions, drive high level awareness campaigns and attendance at all related Corporate and Field Marketing events, qualify inbound leads and generate “sourced” license revenue (license revenue that was sourced from a marketing campaign following a successful sales cycle).
Challenges of the position include:
Build strong relationships other Allegro sales teams by consistently identifying, qualifying and passing leads generated from inbound responses from Marketing Campaigns and Programs to the field for further qualification and subsequent opportunity management, resulting in license revenue for Allegro.
Develop a weekly Call Plan that includes targets and metrics for Cold Calling to prospective customers to generate qualified leads for the Allegro sales teams.
Develop a Call Plan to drive attendance for all Allegro Corporate and Field Marketing events.
Work in collaboration with the Alliance Managers in the respective Regions to develop strategies for driving attendance at Regional Field Marketing and Partner Marketing events.
Participate in lead transition and review with Allegro sales teams to ensure proper and consistent communication with the virtual account team.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of lead information in the Allegro internal systems, including prospect contact and opportunity information.
Continuously gather knowledge of installed competitors and their projects and how to effectively position Allegro solutions against them.

Qualifications for consideration:
An enthusiastic self-starter with proven problem solving skills.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Dynamic presentation skills and the ability to train others.
Experience in information technology market (software, hardware, services)
Specific energy industry and ETRM experience is a plus.
Exposure to virtual account team selling environment is a plus.
General familiarity with consultative selling training methodologies also preferred.
German fluency a plus
