VIP Host - Player Development
As a VIP host, you will maintain and cultivate relationships with our high limit players and act on their behalf and become the single point of contact. You will also be responsible for proactively contacting a coded group of high value player and reactiviations to ensure gest satisfaction and repeat visits.
Work requires superior communication and judgemental skills, as the position is called upon to interact frequently with VIP customers, via email, chat and phones. Quick and accurate decision maing regarding an extension of a bonus is required.

Requirements
Demonstrated knowledge of casino marketing, as well as regular high-limit customers and their betting habits in order to make knowledgeable decisions regarding a bonus is also required. Excellent comunication skills and knowledge of budget process, financial statements, accouting principles, and procedures is required.
Fluent in Norwegian Language.
These skills and abilities are typicall acquired through the completion of a highschool education or equivalent and college level courses in Communications and/or Marketing, as well as through a minimum of three years of player development experience.
