Activities for Phase 1:
1. Perform requirement and impact analysis for implementation of business processes for Client
2. Database tables design using Data Dictionary
3. Design and develop workflow approval screen and other related functions in ABAP with ABAP consultant
4. Model and develop business objects, methods and events using Business Object Builder
5. Perform required workflow configurations in client`s SAP environment
6. Design and develop workflow tasks and model them in workflow using Workflow Builder
7. Develop rules and function modules for agent determination during workflow runtime using Rule Builder
8. Configure e-mail notifications to client`s Lotus Notes
9. Configure and test workflow triggering in client`s SAP environment.

Activities for Phase 2:
1. Perform requirement and impact analysis for business processes enhancement for client
2. Enhance workflow approval screen and other related functions in ABAP with ABAP consultant to enable auto population function in SAP screens
3. Model and develop additional methods using Business Object Builder
4. Design and develop additional workflow tasks and model them in existing workflow using Workflow Builder
5. Configure and test workflow triggering in client`s SAP environment.
