Person Specification:
-Previous experience of large scale school leadership preferably in an international setting.
-Ability & experience in teaching relevant IGCSE and post 16 levels.
-An advanced degree with emphasis in education.
-Dynamic and creative decision maker.
-Results driven individual, able to bring out the best and inspire those around them.
-Good problem solver with the ability to keep a level head when things don`t quite go according to plan.
-A demonstrated high level of commitment to teaching excellence.
-An understanding and commitment to being a team player. |
| Capacités Requises: |
Minimum position requirements:
-Bachelor degree of above in the relevant subject being taught
-A recognized teaching diploma/certificate is preferred or masters in relevant subject
-An understanding of teaching ESL students and sensitivity towards other cultures
-A demonstrated high level of commitent to teaching excellence
-An understanding and commitment to being a team player
-The role involves teaching according to CIE subject
specifications, as well as contributing to Centre activities and course development.
