Manage the development process of allocated projects. Through careful monitoring and coordination, ensure that the company’s objectives for the assigned projects are being met by the respective divisions. Coordinate and cooperate with various departments to assure the delivery of high quality mixed use, residential or retail developments. Establish, implement, and maintain comprehensive reporting and control systems to guarantee that the company is able to monitor all aspects of the development process including time, cost, value and scope. |
| Capacités Requises: |
Bachelor Degree/Formal Qualifications in Property Studies, Engineering, or Project Management. Masters Qualifications or Degree in Commerce / Finance would be an advantage. A minimum of 10 years of experience is required. |
