Our client is the largest provider of wireless handset insurance programs in North America. Currently they have over 5,000 employees company-wide. They are in eight countries and serve over 60 million wireless subscribers.
This position is focused on training planning at a call center to provide support for a mobile insurance delivery service provided by NTT Docomo. The candidate will be in charge of communicating, through quality enhancement, to meet customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Human resource scheme planning based on the category skill basic training course definition required for call center.
• Training planning, training curriculum development, internal/external adjustment
• Data analysis and timely training planning for call center operation
• Training effectiveness evaluation, reporting, improvement planning
• Training methods, training process management based on market movement

| Capacités Requises: |
Requirements:
• More than 3 years of experience with training consultation/planning, in the training division, or at a training company
• More than 5 years of experience as a trainer with enough experience of training more than 50 members.
• Project management skills tailored to specific training course development along with its operation for a training plan development project.
• Defining a specific goal with team members and partners, and coming to agreement through logical reasoning.
• Analysis, planning, and management of the training plan business, and content development
• Communication between trainees and members which include communication and information management to lead the training instruction business.
• Trainers will be subject to a training effectiveness evaluation and a performance check against goals
• Able to present using business skills and reporting
• PDCA cycle skills
• Excel (add-in) , Word, Access, PowerPoint
Skills:
• Instructional design knowledge
• IT Trainer certificate (MOT)
• E-Learning, Content creation experience of Remote Training Tool
• Train-the-trainer experience, training experience by using external vendors
• Call center KPI knowledge, action making for quality improvement
