Summary of job description
The incumbent will be responsible for the financial function within a product house.
• The incumbent will have full financial responsibility for:
O Monthly reporting to the business
O Revenue Analysis
O Management Accounts Reports
O Control of cost
O Financial control compliance
O Capital Expenditure
O Service Level Agreements
O Daily management of the general ledger, including all suspense accounts
O Forecasts
O Budgets
O Liaison with internal and external audit
• Building and maintaining a high performance culture through effective staffing, performance management, couching and development.
• Provide clear leadership to promote a team culture that is consistent with the values of the business.
Knowledge & Experience
• B Com Honours Accounting
• Articles or 3 – 4 years relevant working experience
• Experience in a financial services environment beneficial
• Computer Literacy – MS Excel at Advanced Level
• Essbase knowledge beneficial
