international pioneers in the field of Safety, Health, Environment, Risk and Quality (SHERQ) Management Services require dynamic, hands-on individuals for key management positions to continue our organic expansion. You will be able to demonstrate a vision for the future and lead from the front. We are looking to fill up the following vacancies currently available and are based in the Middle East and North Africa Region.
- Senior Operations Manager, United Arab Emirates
- Operations Manager, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- Operations Manager, Sudan
You will be responsible for the successful and commercially sound delivery of consulting products and solutions to a wide range of industries. As the Operations Manager you will be responsible for the daily operations and execution of projects and contracts and ensure high levels of client service including managing client take-ons, daily monitoring and rebalancing. You will also take ownership of process controls.
Additionally the role will involve developing relationship with both internal and external parties so as to be a key point of contact for client queries and to maintain and enhance the reputation for clients` service through effective and continual inter-action with clients,
With the ability to work on own initiative in a challenging and start up environment, the role requires someone with the ability to think strategically and to drive projects forward.
You will have a comprehensive understanding of the SHERQ aspects required to operate an effective consultancy, a track record supporting and enhancing operations in a growth business, and the experience to manage and develop consultants. You are very likely to be a practicing consultant/consulting manager, have sound commercial knowledge and skills to develop technical & commercial proposals and tenders in the SHERQ business. You will have good client relationship, Business Development Follow Up and presentation skills.

| Capacités Requises: |
- Engineering Graduate, Additional Management Degree would be added advantage
- Previous experience in Safety Operations Health Environment Risk Quality would be benefecial
- Middle East experience is added advantage though not a must.
- Oil & Gas, Construction experience is benefit |
