Business & Finance Consulting is a global consultancy specializing in advising and researching the financial sector in emerging markets under contract to well known International Financial Institutions. For a new project "Bank Due Diligence & Financial Market Research" covering a number of countries in South, Southeast and Central Asia we offer a challenging job opportunity for a Team Leader.
Duty station: Home Office (Zurich) with intermittent travel throughout Asia and Pacific
Job responsibilities:
• Lead a team of ten financial analysts
• Organize the work schedule and ensure deadlines are met
• Provide guidance to the team and ensure industry quality standards are met
• Establish efficient data collection and analysis processes
• Conduct trainings for financial analysts of banks upon demand
• Prepare country reports and submit to the client
• Report regularly to the client on project progress
• Suggest risk management and reduction strategies to the client

| Capacités Requises: |
Qualifications:
• Masters degree in finance, MBA or CFA or comparable degree
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, experience in Asian banks is an asset
• Strong background in analysing financial institutions
• Experience in managing and administering operations of financial institutions at an executive level is an asset
• Demonstrated ability in long-term strategic planning and business plan development
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical skills, and proven ability to communicate results
• Strong report writing skills, preferably having written studies and publications
• Fluency in English is required.
