My client a Global IT Sales and Service organisation with an excellent reputation, based in Dublin is currently recruiting a customer focused individual with excellent communication skills to join their multilingual team. You will be working as a Client Relationship Representative to be responsible for strategic clients’ relationship management. If you have over 2-3 yrs client relationship management experience and speak fluent German this is an excellent opportunity for you!!!
Main responsibilities;
Managing strategic clients’ accounts
Maintain an effective business relationship at the senior level
Cross selling activities - identify and prioritize opportunities, focusing on e-business; develop solutions strategies; and engage in consultative solution selling, involving business partners as appropriate
Planning and conducting complex negotiations reaching lasting agreements and commitments
Client accounts planning and revenue growth
Ensure a high level of customer service and professional manner at all times

| Capacités Requises: |
Requirements:
2-3yrs account management or client relationship management experience
Fluent in German and working knowledge in English
Good communication skills and proven drive for results
Strong negotiation and communication skills
