| Description: |
Responsibilities:
• Work with clients and lead a creative team to produce catalogues, brochures and high-impact websites
• Design, architect and maintain web sites, web-based tools and applications that are interactive and uses moving images
• Motivate the internal creative team to create, design and deliver creative continuity to the corporate and product image of the company
• Participate in the strategic positioning and messaging for products and services
• Coordinate with the creative team to develop brand strategies and consumer acquisition / direct response programs
• Create and maintain standards for all company brands and creative images used internally or externally
• Develop creative strategy for all marketing programs
• Present concepts and ideas for new creative marketing approaches
• Manage multiple projects/priorities concurrently while meeting deadlines
• Design marketing collateral materials
• Ensure that the company adhere to quality standards
Requirements:
• Candidate must have Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts / Graphic Design or related field
• With 5+ years experience managing a creative team of 10+
• With proven track record in working with both print, web and multi-media creative projects
• With thorough understanding of post-production process and working with high-end printers overseas
• With thorough understanding of complex e-commerce design aspects
• With proven art direction and creative production skills
• With Strong graphic design portfolio
• Must be proficient in using relevant MAC software programs including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Quark, Acrobat, as well as all Microsoft programs
• Must be knowledgeable in Web Technologies like HTML, ASP, SQL XML, JavaScript, etc…
• Must have a good eye in design and must be extremely articulate in conveying the clients’ message
• Must be able to manage high volumes of projects
• Must be able to collaborate with team members
• Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Must have creative problem solving and strategic thinking skills (out of the box thinking)
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and business acumen.
