* Be smart and be passionate.
* Experience with and appreciation for the design and implementation of JavaScript frameworks.
* Strong background in Flash.
* Some graphic design ability; proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Flash, Fireworks.
* Expert level HTML/XHTML, CSS, DHTML+JavaScript.
* Candidate will either have a BA/BS or above in Graphic Design
* 3+ years industry experience (or equivalent internships)

* Must be able to work and communicate effectively in a cross-functional product development team, and present ideas and designs effectively. |
