Summary:
The Manager of Benefits will supervise and lead the development and delivery of health and welfare benefit programs, partnering with HR associates and business leaders to ensure that programs meet budgeted cost, market competitive position and service levels. Direct Hire. Full Time. Salary $110K DOE.
Roles & Responsibilities:
•Manage development, implementation, administration and support of global offering of employee health and welfare benefit programs including health, dental, ST/LT disability, and life insurance.
•Maintain current knowledge of trends to enable effective and proactive response to changes impacting benefit design and cost and to comply with all applicable country, Federal or state laws through administrative procedures and audits.
•Analyze cost and utilization reports to evaluate the need for, develop and implement accommodations, return-to-work, light-duty, and other responses for disabled employees.
•Develop, recommend and monitor budget allocations for employee benefits.
•Coach and mentor staff and effectively manage vendors.
•Serve as HIPAA Privacy official. |
| Capacités Requises: |
Position Requirements:
•A minimum of a Bachelors degree.
•8+ years of experience and knowledge in health and welfare program design and delivery.
•The willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.
•International benefits design and administration experience...DESIRED
•Expertise in health and welfare benefits, compensation, retirement benefits. |
