A Service Company in Surrey requires a Land Seismic Processing Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the managing of the Company`s land seismic imaging Group and the marketing of its services and building and maintaining strong Client Relationships.
This will be a hands on role participating in phases of land seismic 2D and 3D imaging projects, including testing, selecting geophysical data processing parameters, production and quality control to ensure a high quality, timely and cost effective product. They will manage teams running many different projects simultaneously.
The sucessful candidate will be a dynamic and sucessful individual as they will have frequent client interaction - discussing client needs,tailoring individual projects depending on geological, geophysical and data acquisition techniques.

| Capacités Requises: |
The sucessful candidate will have as strong ability to lead. They will assist in the development of survey designs for the land seismic acquisition to understand their impact on seismic processing work flows. They will also train and develop Junior Geophysical Processors.
Requirements include a degree in Geophysics or Earth Science, preferably educated to MSc level. 10+ years "hands-on" seismic data processing experience needed.
Must possess strong geophysical skills, excellent problem solving skills and have a good knowledge of data quality assurance and quality control methods. Must have experience in at least a supervisory or team leader role and have the ability to work well alone as well as in teams. Salary is negotiable depending on skills and experience.
