Area Sales Manager, Balkans
General Function
• Responsible for labelstock sales to the Balkan markets
• Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
• Reports to Area Sales Director, South East Europe
Responsibilities
• Manage existing accounts and cultivate new customer relationships to meet business expectations of UPM Raflatac.
• Participate in establishing area sales budgets and strategy development to achieve budget requirements.
• Coordinate sales accounts activities in the region. Develop relationships with key decision makers, provide product offering information, product pricing and support; establish consistent delivery expectations by working closely with UPM Raflatac`s supplying manufacturing sites and key staff within customer service and supply chain.
• Participate in regional business planning and development.
• Perform all duties ethically and in full compliance of all laws, safety and environmental regulations, and in a manner consistent with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
• Requires any combination of education and experience equivalent to an Associate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline and 5-10 years in Sales Management experience in a similar industrial environment (such as papers, films, printing or packaging).
• Must have excellent interpersonal and team working skills and ability to build and maintain relationships.
• The ability to work autonomously is a must.
• Familiarity with assigned sales region preferred.
• Must effectively demonstrate ability to develop customer relationships and accelerate sales growth.
• Must have good command of written and spoken Bulgarian, Serbo-Croatian and English
