| Description: |
Mechanical Production Manager would be responsible for the day to day planning; coordination and control of all industrial processes related to the production projects at Engineering Company.
The Production Manager would be expected to adhere to following stipulations:
* Develop and implementation of Production Management strategy and plans
* Review, revise and update all existing company`s production processes; procedures and practices
* Ensure legal stipulations; Quality Management; Health, Safety and Environmental policies are implemented
* Analysis and evaluation of production workers; resources; Capital requirements; Quality Control systems and all other operational reports
* Intergrated liason with Human Resource Department; Inventory Management and all other departmental managers so as to meet agreed organisational performance plans
* Manage and control department expenditure
* Assist Managing Director on special assignments as and when required

| Capacités Requises: |
* Preference wiill be given to registered Mechanical Engineer
* Minimum 5 years experience in production management with regards to; rolling stock refurbishment/overhaul/repair field and must be hands on
* Must be familiar with lean manufacturing techniques and production improvement concepts
* Sound knowledge and understanding of business functions such as; Finance; Material Management; QA, HR & Admin
