| Description: |
• Spearhead the establishment and growth of the business of the organization’s Technical Training Institute
• Formulate HR processes & strategies and partner with business heads/managers to meet business goals
• Support company’s infrastructure through design and implementation of Training (external and internal), HR & Staff Communications programs
• Managing the whole spectrum of human resources including: employee relations, retention, training, compensation, performance management, people development, succession planning and increasingly complex organizational development interventions
• Manage, lead and develop a team of HR employees

| Capacités Requises: |
• A degree within related field with minimum of 15 years of directly applicable training industry experience
• Mandatory experience with ICT Solutions and Services vendors, telecom service providers or software sector
• Multinational exposure and experience in managing a team is essential. Past experience within emerging and high growth markets will be an added advantage
• Working knowledge of organizational development skills, including succession planning, reorganization of work groups, etc.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and conflict-management skills
