| Description: |
Resource Development – Corporate and Foundations, Brand Building
• Strategy development with clear deliverables for capital and human resources working with international and national Corporations and Foundations
• Represents Habitat for Humanity International Vietnam (HFHI-V) to the local, regional and international support base
• Develops project designs with program team and submits proposals with donor agencies. Ensures donor reports are submitted timely and accurately
• Develops & maintains relationships with local, regional and international organizations
• Guides and supports the development of HFHI-V with corporate sponsored volunteer builds
• Conceptualize, execute and manage special fund raising/advocacy events either as a HFHI-Vietnam initiative or in collaboration with corporate partners
• Support partner visits to the projects, including donors, government officials, NGOs and journalist/film crews
• Coordinates regularly with program, finance and administration team leaders and perform any other tasks as agreed for overall operational needs in addition to those agreed with the National Director.
• Develop and manage a database of potential donor organizations in terms of funding preferences and priorities.
• Improve the brand awareness and value of HFHI-V by developing and communicating key information about the country program to relevant audiences, domestically and world-wide.
• Support the National Director in the development and distribution of the annual report, which includes annual financial and program audits with comprehensive program impact data.
• Prepare information and articles for donor and HFHI communication updates-press releases.

| Capacités Requises: |
1. University Degree in International Non-Profit Resource Development or related fields.
2. Minimal 3 years of proven success in donor development, event organization and resources secured.
3. Practical experiences in a variety of project design and proposal preparation skill that meet various donor requirements. Ability to produce effective concept papers & proposals within a short time frame that reflect an ability to collaborate with the project teams.
4. Experience in project design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and report preparation.
5. Effective influencing, negotiating and facilitating dialogue with donors to secure relationships and resources.
6. Ability and willingness to relate with grass-roots communities, local implementing partners and agencies and high level bureaucrats and donor organizations.
7. Fluency in written and spoken English, specifically effective proposals, reporting and follow up communications as required to secure new donors and to maintain existing support base. Vietnamese skills helpful.
8. Clear communication skills and computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, presentations, virtual communications.
9. Research skills on relevant topics in support of HFHI program expansion as related to donor development.
10. Team Player and excellent skills in working with people.
11. Willingness to travel across the country.
