Responsibilities
Promote NTR Products/Solutions and arrange sales demos and visits performing the following tasks:
- Work from a call guide and a list of contacts (prospects) to promote the solutions by telephone and NTR Meeting.
- Create interest in the solutions and get agreement to arrange an on-line demo or see a sales representative.
- Record changes to contact details on the CRM system (SalesForce) and note follow-up actions.
- Promote events and seminars
- The first point of contact for all marketing activities.

| Capacités Requises: |
Do you have the following attributes, if so we need to meet with you:
- Educated to A-Level standard as a minimum.
- Native German speakers.
- Are either an experienced telesales or telemarketing professional wanting to join a dynamic, fresh career in the lucrative B2B software industry.
- Can demonstrate the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Experience in Mid Tier or Enterprise space very desirable.
- Have had ongoing sales training and are able to cold call.
- First experience in telesales, Telemarketing or inside sales experience and proven abilities in not just meeting but exceeding your targets.
- Are very persuasive and trained to get passed gatekeepers.
- Have experience working for an IT organisation, preferably software.
- Are a team player but are self motivated without needing micro management
- Are able to hunt down and speak to decision maker
