Position: Facilities Engineer (Interface)
Project : Gendalo-Gehem Project
Gendalo-Gehem Project is a gas/condensate development project currently in phase3. The project scope covers the development of four deepwater fields. The four fields are the Gendalo, Maha, Gandang and Gehem fields, located in 3000 – 6000 ft of water, through clusteres subsea wells connected to deepwater floating hubs.
The development scope includes looped flowline tiebacks from the subsea drill centres to two newly-build deepwater FPU hubs with facilities rated for > 1,000 MMSCFD (combined); and approximately 30 subsea gas-condensate wells.
Job Summary/Scope
Position details:
The Facilities Interface Engineer will work under supervision the Facilities Manager for the coordination of all interface work processes and risk management processes in support of the projects through FEED, Execution and commissioning activities. The position will be involved in collaborative interface with cross-functional disciplines across the project including partner, government agencies, contractors, and vendors. The position will be responsible for the implementation of the project interface and risk management plans, stakeholder management, management of change, integration of VIP’s and best practices, lessons learned documentation, regulatory compliance assurance process, etc.
Job Responsibilities:
• Implementation of interface process that will identify, record and assist in the timely resolution of internal interface between the cross functional disciplines across the project, including subsurface, drilling, topsides, flow assurance, subsea as well as pre-operations groups.
• Represent the project team in the project-wide interface management meetings.
• Assist in developing and subsequently be responsible for the implementation of project-wide interface processes within the project team and the related contractors.
• During FEED, the facilities Interface Engineer will work with multiple FEED contractors to ensure the implementation of the interface management processes consistent with the overall project’s interface management philosophy.
• Phase 4 responsibilities will include tracking execution of interface related tasks associated with all phases-4 activities starting from design, procurement, fabrication, integration, installation, hook-up, commissioning and start-up.
• Collaborative interface with cross functional disciplines on and off the project including partners, contractors and vendors. The position will be responsible for development and implementation of the project interface management plans, management of change, lessons learned documentation, etc.
• International or domestic travel to contractor sites will be required.

| Capacités Requises: |
• Bachelor degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering – or its equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years experience in Offshore Oil & Gas processing facilities, preferably in deepwater projects. |
