Our client is expanding and would like to recruit a dynamic, resourceful and experienced Account Manager. Reporting to the SEA Leader - ASEAN, Korea & Japan, the successful professional will be responsible for:
Responsibilities
•provide tactical leadership and development to a team of commercial development leaders
•Working closely with overseas Management to deploy a team of sales specialists to meet Operating Plans in Convertible Revenue and Bookings/Orders targets
•Broad understanding of all membrane treatment systems including RO and UF/MBR.
•Ability to relate to local and global EPC Contractors and Consultants.
•Capability to deliver on annual bookings number by best leveraging opportunities and team member’s ability and experience.
•Develop technical skill-sets within the commercial team to enhance support of partners in winning opportunities
•Work with Commercial Operations and Engineering to select appropriate deals, identify proper scope for the Client and execute on globally approved deal and warranty structures.
•Use multiple Client’s products and services to creatively solve customer problems and issues in many industrial processes.
•Maintain focus on compliance in all business dealings; internally and externally.
•Maintain focus on meeting demands of internal risk control processes.
Requirements
•mba or advanced technical degree preferred.
•5 years engineering experience.
•Marketing experience.
•Ability to manage and influence team members in a matrix organization.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills and proven leadership ability.
•Ability to work closely with multiple groups in the organization.

| Capacités Requises: |
•minimum 5 years commercial experience in the Water industry.
•Minimum 3 years leadership experience in Water or Waste treatment products.
•BS Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial or Mechanical),
•Strong spoken and written English language capabilities |
