Director will be responsible for managing the Advisory Service Department which will include team management, recruitment, project monitoring and liaising with the clients
Director will be responsible for setting up processes and monitoring adherence to the same
Identification of new business opportunities, services and growth of the team will be one of his key objective
Interim monitoring of projects, feasibility studies, procuring client feed back would be a key responsibility
Monitoring the revenue flow and identifying avenues to enhance the profitability will be considered a KPI
Consolidating the team, allocating billing hours maning revenues will be a core responsibility
Development of the team identifying training needs, recruitment, developing business plans and being accountable for the same will fall in peripheral of directors responsibility
Evaluation of team members, goal setting and developing KPI’s for the team will be a part of his responsibility
10 plus years experience in strategy consulting including market research and feasibility studies
Ability to work with a team and generate a motivating environment to enhance performance
Strong analytical skills and ability to train the team members in doing advance analysis
Strong background in financial analysis
Prior experience in team management and team building
Must have experience from Big4 companies KPMG, E&Y, PWC, Delloite etc
