| Description: |
Our client is searching for a Financial Controller to be responsible for delivering the Monthly reporting pack to the Board, for the financial controls and payment solutions used within the business. It will include the maintenance and upgrading of accounting systems and the supervision of the maintenance of existing payment solutions and the implementation of new payment solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparation of Monthly Management Reporting pack to the Board to include full P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow forecasting and analysis.
Responsible for the annual Budget cycle.
Responsible for the year end Audit.
Responsible for reducing the production time of the month end result.
Responsible for the maintenance and upgrade of current accounting and payment solution systems.
Staff supervision to include Payments Solutions, Purchase ledger and Bank reconciliations, Payment supervisor and Financial and Management accounts assistants. Recruitment & Rota management
Cheque and bank transfer signatory.
Query resolution.
Contract negotiation.
Cost control
Liaison with Senior management, Auditors, Banks Suppliers, Internal customers and other stakeholders as required.
Adhoc projects and analysis.
You will be a qualified Accountant with experience of –
• Online gaming or high volume transactional processing environment
• Maintaining and implementing strong financial controls.
• Supplier negotiations.
• Sage 200 including POP Essential.
• Multi currency processing
• Online banking systems
• Payments solutions
• Conversion to IFRS - Desirable.
Strong leadership and recruitment skills.
High degree of integrity and trustworthiness.
Good memory, high degree of commitment accuracy and attention to detail
Salary dependant on experience
