| Description: |
As Senior Mechanical Engineer in the Building Services division, you will conduct in-house Design Reviews, evaluate constructability issues, and put into practice your project management abilities on high-rise & large mixed-use projects throughout the Gulf.
The principle activities or this role are:
·Reviewing, approving and processing all mechanical technical design submittals on large, complex, buildings projects.
·Working on-site to resolve constructability issues and assisting with the final inspection of the work.

| Capacités Requises: |
To be successful you will need to be able to demonstrate at least the following experience:
·The ability to quickly assess the integrity of a design with respect to completeness and practicality.
·A career that has involved both Design production and contracting in Building Services.
·A varied and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of Mechanical Building services, both Technical and contractual.
·An ability to adapt to and solve problems around local regulations.
·A minimum of 15 years in Electrical Building Services roles.
You will require a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering and any appropriate Institutional affiliations (ASME, ASHRAE, CIBSE, etc) would be advantageous.
Gulf experience is beneficial but is not a prerequisite.
