Looking for Training Coordinator – INDIA, KOREA,CHINA , SINGAPORE (Glosap).
Our client is a US MNC looking for a training coordinator for a year contract.
Position: 11 ( China 3, Korea : 3, India 2, Singapore 3)
Bachelor degree with min 3 yrs exp in any training industry in region/country
Looking for candidates who having good bilingual communication skills, able to manage group of people with pleasant style
Training coordinator –Scope of work:
1. Serves as a central point of contact for conducting / facilitating / coordinating all in-house and external training programs conducted on client sites across the country.
2. Responsible for strategizing and assessing training / standards and operating procedures
3. Development and implementation of a comprehensive training program to drive each brand service to a higher level of customer satisfaction
4. Manage and leverage best practices, compliance to client’s cultures, vision, mission, credo, guiding principles and values
5. Management of training budget across the region/country.
6. Bachelor degree with 3 yrs exp in region/country and good English communication
