Archibat is looking for a Principal Urban Designer for a foreign compagny based in China.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in relevant disciplines or above;
2. With at least 10 years experience in relevant fields, preferably 2 years team management experience;
3. Ability to organize and lead the project team to achieve the expected project quality;
4. Good understanding and familiar with national design code and standard
5. Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;
6. Outstanding people management skills ,strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
7. Working/studying overseas or sizable international design firm experience is preferred;
Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for leading the team to meet business requirement in terms of project quality and business development in China
2. Cooperate with other team’s leaders to consolidate and strengthen Atkins market leadership position."
