| Description: |
To assist the Project Manager in completion of assigned projects .
Following day to day activities and programs, supervising all onsite activities and ensuring quality, cost effectiveness and timely completion of the project.
Responsibilities:
1. To plan, organize and execute works of the project within the budget and time limit and to the entire satisfaction of customer / client.
2. To liaise with the client / contractor and the processing unit for smooth execution of the project.
3. To monitor and control the work as per the quality management system and identify issues and immediately coordinate with Project Management Team & Quality department for corrective action
4. To plan and execute the works as per the required resources and schedule provided by the Project Manager.
5. To guide the Site Foremen, Charge Hand and Fitters to carried out the job as per the specifications and shop drawings approved by the Consultant.
6. To inspect the works carried out by the manpower before issuing the inspection request to client / consultant in order to minimize any rejection on account of quality.
7. To follow the organization’s safety procedures and instructions to promote, create and maintain a safe and healthful work environment.
8. To follow ISO procedures and ensure to maintain the same.
9. To provide details /quantity of executed works to Project Manager every month in order to raise the monthly invoice.

| Capacités Requises: |
Key Skills:
1. Graduate in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering
2. A minimum of 3-5 years experience in execution of Works
3. Good organizational and Managerial skills
4. Good written and verbal communication skills
5. Leadership qualities to influence external / internal team for best results.
6. Exhibit problem solving abilities to bridge the gap in working of Client / Consultants / Contractors. |
