A fantastic opportunity to apply for Deputy Chief Fire Services position for an International Airport in Saudi Arabia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Assists the Chief of Fire Services in the planning, organising and implementing of the Fire/Rescue Operations program.
Implements fire prevention program and planning and execution of all fire training for the department. Responsible for the administrative and operational supervision of the Fire/Rescue Services during the absence of the Chief of Fire Services.
Duties
• Assist the Chief of Fire Services in the administration and supervision of the Fire/Rescue Operations program.
• Assists the Chief of Fire Services in the development of Fire Services procedure and methods of operation.
• Assists in the conduction inspections of personnel and facilities to assess needs and operational readiness.
• Helps to develop emergency response plans.
• Assist the Chief of Fire Services in the co-ordination of Fire Service plans with other agencies that have roles in emergency responses.
• Assists in the control of deployment and use of equipment and personnel during emergency situations.
• Responsible for daily routines and personnel related actions.
• Assist the Chief of Fire Services with fire prevention and training programs.
• Maintain operational manning levels at all fire stations and monitor personnel assignments on each function.
• Assist the Chief of Fire Services in recommendations for updating of equipment and development of operational procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

| Capacités Requises: |
Qualifications
Should have completed courses I and qualified to NFPA-1021, Officer Level IV.
Should be qualified to NFPA-1031 Level II in Fire Inspection, Fire Investigation and Fire Prevention Education Officer. NFPA-1041 Fire Instructor, Level II and NFPA-1003 Airport Fire fighter.
Must be familiar with NFPA Codes and IFSTA Manuals. |
