Key Responsibilities:
• Translate business requirements into high level product requirements.
• Consult with Project Manager on project scope management.
• Facilitate the development of new processes and modify existing systems to improve business productivity.
• Recognize and document business process gaps and propose improvements to clients in healthcare
• Support onsite activities such as provide staff training, resolve questions, assess patient experience, and recommend changes.
• Manage business related process issues as they relate to project implementation
• Maintain and manage project data in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain project documentation such as storyboards, SRS and review of test cases

| Capacités Requises: |
Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or related education/experience.
• 2-3 years of healthcare experience (either as BA or as tester)
• Advanced Skills with business analysis and technical documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to understand the role of the system in the big picture and to provide ideas and recommendations regarding the evolution of IT applications
• Proficiency on MS Visio preferred
• Very good in communications
