JOB SCOPE: To offer wide range of hair cuts, to colour, straighten and permanently wave hair with chemical solutions and recommend clients to beauty experts for hair and scalp treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare work area to attend clients.
2. To consult with clients about desired cut and length.
3. To provide shampooing and conditioning services to clients.
4. To cut hair using clippers, scissors or razors.
5. To provide services such as bleaching, conditioning, permanent waving, straightening and tinting
6. To dry and style hair using brushes, combs, rollers and other equipment
7. To shave and trim beards and moustaches of male clients.
8. To advice clients on hair care and recommend VLCC PC products for regular use.
9. Recommend client to beauty expert for hair and scalp problems
10. To style hair into braids, buns and rolls
11. To disinfect combs and rollers after every session
12. To handle instruments/ equipment carefully and put it back in place after use, in proper condition
13. To ensure general upkeep of the work area
14. To pass on any lost and found items immediately to the centre manager
15. Attend all staff and training meetings as and when directed by the Center Manager
16. To ensure that all duties are carried out in line with VLCC policies with high standards of personal appearance and personal hygiene and correct uniform.
17. be able to do facials, head massage for customers.
Additional Responsibilities:
1. Co-ordinate machine repair activities if required.
2. Perform outdoor duties as and when Company organizes beauty events |
