I. JOB SCOPE: Drives the Technical Services, sales of the Slimming Department.
Takes care of the relevant manpower to ensure productivity in the
Department, manage the customer relationship, the value of VLCC
Brand and services, and ensure compliance of operational standards.
2. JOB Dutiesresponsibilities:
I) To interact with and monitor the progress of all clients
Ii) To counsel all the clients not losing well in co-ordination with the in-house doctor and the counselor.
Iii) Ensure client satisfaction and maximize in-house bookings
Iv) Ensure package execution within the validity period devised according to the package
V) Ensure regular follow-up of clients on break to minimize the unexecuted packages
Vi) To plan in-house events to keep the clients motivated and regular.
Vii) To motivate and delegate responsibility to all the slimming staff.
Viii) To maintain the duty roster of dietitians, nurses, masseurs, therapists and attendants.
Ix) To conduct regular meeting with the staff for sorting out grievances and taking suggestions for improvement.
X) Ensure maintenance of hygiene and cleanliness of staff, machine and the slimming section
Xi) To orient all the new slimming staff recruited in the center.
Xii) Proper maintenance of all records at center (Slimming Cards, Body therapy and Firmer Ledger, Diet Diaries, Appointment Planner) and sending necessary records to the Corporate whenever asked for.
Xiii) Ensure maintenance of adequate stock pertaining to slimming, stationary, consumables and linen .
Xiv) Ensure regular maintenance and calibration of slimming machines
Xv) Conduct regular checks and training of the staff handling the machines.
Xvi) Handling all the client complaints
Xvii) Ensure adequate informative and educational material is put up and available in the center in form of charts, posters, handouts.
Xviii) Regular interaction with the counselor for sharing nutritional inputs and strategies for improvement.
Xix) Regular interaction with the Corporate to keep them updated with the progress of the center.

Be able to manage staff, motivate them. Ensure that the clients are satisfied with the results. Manage the customers requests, problems. Speak to difficult customers.
6. Special Requirements: Be able to take additional responsibilities, accept shifts and willing to travel. |
