The Sous Chef (for Chinese Casual Dining) will be in charge of supervision of kitchen in the absence of the Chef and will follow the directives of the Chef in regards to: training, teamwork, recipe adherence, organization of the back of the house and food production. |
| Capacités Requises: |
> 2 years or more in cooking Chinese Cuisine
> With very strong recipe knowledge and extremely strong cooking skills in relation to type of cuisin produced. Ability to understand inventory and operation report. Strong knowledge of HACCP standards related to food hygiene.
> With ability to handle stress, flexible hours, ability to work long hours, weekends and holidays
> Experience in senior kitchen position
> Must speak English very well
> Ability to read and write clear reports in English
