Training period of 3 to 6 months as Export Assistant
Description of the activities of the company :
• Import/export of videogames licences and multimedia contents multimedia (DVD, PC, Mobile).
• Provider of multimedia contents for the creation of promotional operations (Marketing B2B) with prestigious announcers
• In-game advertising (commercial placement inside videogames)
• Serious Gaming (Training/Communication Games)
Details of the mission:
• Role of export assistant based in Lyon, headquarters of the company.
• Accounting and contract drafting
• Invoicing, Samples, mailings, and creation of marketing tools.
• Company Public Relations and Customer Follow up in coordination with the CEO.
• Prospecting, negotiation and creation of new accounts (export mainly)
• Follow up of the existing customers, and after-sales follow up.
• Prospection and Commercial Actions in the existing countries and in the ones to be developed. (Traditional retail and B2B operations).
• Preparation of monthly reporting on the different activities of the Company (market studies, export strategies, customers news, etc)
This position will require from the applicant:
• A high motivation to work within a small team, in an entrepreneurial environment and to provide our clients with an excellent level of service
• A willingness to get a deep understanding of the specificities of our activity : video games and multimedia
• Strong team spirit and high degree of adaptability and flexibility

| Capacités Requises: |
The applicant should:
• Have excellent language skills (Fluent in English and having a very good level of French + another European Language: Spanish, Italian...)
• Have a good knowledge of the video game industry and a great interest in video game |
