| Description: |
We are looking for a well-qualified person to be considered for the above position to service the company’s sales Region of Mpumalanga. The position will suit a male person who is able to travel extensively, A strong knowledge of Land Surveying and Land Surveying equipment is needed. .
A Description of major responsibilities:
1. Handle Customer queries and actively investigate them to find a solution
2 Internal quotes, follow ups and client liaison
3. Update and maintaining of client database including equipment information database
4. Liaison with Stores and Logistics
5. General Office duties as and when required
6. Visit customers on a regular basis, support/sales orientated
7. Assisting customers in regards to service issues
8. Assist Service Coordinator with booking in and verification of equipment for service
9. Finalize order numbers and confirmation thereof, including follow ups, quotes and despatching
10. Ensure a balance workflow within sales environment
11. Responsible for Internal Sales enquiries if required
12. Assist in General Sales Administration of all documentation
13. Responsible for stats regarding the sales environment
14. Responsible for the acquisition, maintenance of demo stock at all times
15. Ensure reports and targets are maintained with sales strategy
16. Ensure demo stock rotates and inventory maintained
17. Promote service in the Sales environment
18. Develop sales plan and manage thereof
19. Create need to buy of the Company’s products
20. Promote Company, its services and products
21. Keep customers informed of all latest products and advantages
22 Demonstrations, Roadshows, meetings for promoting products and services
23. Research and developments for opposition products
24. Ensure customer satisfaction
25 Growing business aggressively
26. Provide training on products to relevant clients
27. Time management, forecasting regarding sales
28. Liaise with other Area Managers

| Capacités Requises: |
- Essentially a formal qualification in Surveying or a relevant Business degree. Alternatively a proven work experience in surveying or a sales experience handling Surveying equipment.
- Computer literacy skills e.g. MS Office, Excel spreadsheets
- Ability to use own initiative to adequately resolve work related issues
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Ability to deal with major and corporate clients
- Previous sales management experience;
- The capacity to travel extensively;
- Demonstrable financial and commercial acumen, which includes Invoicing, stock transfers and controlling of database
- Provable, positive customer success track record and proven sales colleague team player attitude;
- Must have worked with, and have strong understanding of, Technical analytical or measurement Instrumentation and software applications;
- specific emphasis is placed on the ability to communicate correctly;
