Job Description:
Experienced sales-driven, money-motivated professional needed for stable company located within the DFW & East Texas area. Qualified candidates must have a burning desire to succeed!
Duties include, but may not be limited to:
**Client development and rapport building.
a. Actively campaign target new clients- heavy outside sales.
b. Continue to develop client relationships through on-site visits.
c. New client development.
**Interface with clients to identify needs, obtain business through marketing calls and follow up.
**Continuously develop leads by networking and referrals.
**Coach, counsel and recommend applicants as required.
**Maximize gross margin dollars by utilizing company`s business philosophy and techniques.
**Very experienced local team always ready to help you succeed.

Semi to Professional appearance.
Detail oriented.
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must possess excellent organizational/time management skills.
Must be multi-task oriented.
Proven ability to work with people at all levels.
Must be flexible and a team player.
Must be teachable and coachable.
The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with a sense of excitement.
Possess the knowledge and confidence to effectively develop clients via telephone or in person.
No experience neccessary, will train.
Ability to excel in a goal oriented, motivating environment.
Basic computer skills a plus.
