This is the Water Manager for Qatar. He needs to be stronger in Wastewater with some MBR (membrane bioreactor) experience. Needs to be a seller and a doer.
Primary objective
The Water & Wastewater Manager will be directly responsible for the delivery of water infrastructure projects across Qatar and some international projects.
Projects range from treatment of both waste and potable water to bulk transfer. The Water & Wastewater Manager will lead multi-disciplined project teams to deliver outstanding results under a variety of forms of contract delivery.
The Water & Wastewater Manager will be responsible for:
• The delivery of projects from inception to completion
• Meeting the needs of the Client
• Meeting the company and industry requirements for OH&S, environmental, quality, time and profit objectives
• Corporate matters
• Financial responsibility for project profitability
• Overseeing of Contractual Administration
• Leading and motivating site personnel
• Adherence to general procedural and operational protocol
• Management of consultant performance in terms of time and quality.
• In addition to employing your capabilities in group, strategic and business management, this role will require you to manage their representation on significant Alliance projects.
Leverage your relationships with contacts and networks to generate new business across the water and environment sector. With a background in any of the aforementioned, you`ll enjoy a mix of technical leadership and National Management responsibilities.
You will have extensive experience in the Qatar and GCC water industry. It is most likely you will have qualified as an Engineer and worked on multi-million dollar civil infrastructure projects throughout your career. You are familiar with a variety of contract types
