The Client
Our client is a Fortune 500 and one of the leading manufacturers of household products, domestically and internationally.
The Job
The Incumbent is responsible for leading the Marketing function of a brand(s). Be responsible for developing highly effective marketing and advertising programs that are based on deep consumer understanding. Leads the development of plans to deliver the brand`s portion of the business unit`s annual volume and profit commitments, and to maximize the brand`s long-term potential. Orchestrates the efforts of all functions to deliver on these plans. Shares responsibility for delivering the brand`s volume and profit commitments with his/her functional counterparts. As a member of Marketing management, the Brand Manager/Marketing Manager is responsible for developing world-class Marketing personnel, and for contributing to corporate, functional and business unit initiatives.
Ensure the development and execution of highly effective advertising and marketing programs, which leverage a deep understanding of the consumer to create a competitive advantage. Contribute to the Brand`s strategic planning process by developing strategies and programs that maximize the brand`s long-term potential. Lead the Brand`s annual planning process by developing strategies and programs to achieve fiscal year volume and profit goals. Build a world-class marketing organization by developing the skills of Brand personnel.

| Capacités Requises: |
The successful candidate should have at least over 5 years experience and knowledge in Marketing and/or Sales in FMCG for Multi-National Corporation. Candidate should possess a strong track records for brand and new product development; account development and people development. Outstanding presentation; communication; negotiation skills and team player are essential. Candidate should demonstrate five leadership styles of integrity, optimism, courtesy, compassionate and humility.
