| Description: |
1.Leading the development of a Brand strategy (brand mission, portfolio role, positioning, target audience) and Brand marketing mix (product, line extensions, packaging, pricing and communications) to maximize long-term Brand potential, consistent with corporate strategy and company policies.
2.Work together with sales and marketing team to gain fact-based, consumer-led evaluation of markets, brand mix, new ideas and programs, including test markets to prove the efficacy of the marketing mix, in order to drive future strategic direction for the brand.
3.Develop a rich understanding of key markets, consumer segmentation and key competitive activity (creative, product, pricing, packaging, programs) throughout the world to enhance development of brand strategies, communications and line extension opportunities that will fully exploit brand potential.
4.Drive Innovation within the Brands marketing mix via (a) original thinking and (b) effective & proactive integration of existing/proven corporate marketing Innovations (including identification, recommendation and utilization of expert suppliers where applicable).
5.Prepare and seek approval of centrally driven brand plans supported by optimal spend budgets. Monitor activities and plans against budget, requesting additional funding as required.
6.Support end-markets in effective implementation of Global marketing mix elements.
7.Monitor local marketing mix, execution of brand strategies, plans and standards to maintain the integrity of brand equity taking action as required.
8.Safeguard product integrity by ensuring that any proposed changes to product specifications are approved by the International Brand Group.
9. Develop effective working relationships with and support high performing teams
The ideal candidate will be a marketing professional with extensive and in-depth knowledge in all aspects of FMCG brand marketing gained within an international environment. Background
should include all of the below mentioned but some flexibility is available.

| Capacités Requises: |
-Degree qualified or equivalent, preferably with an MBA
-Significant knowledge of international brand marketing including exposure and understanding of consumer insights;
-Trade Marketing and Distribution understanding;
-Working knowledge of one or more major international FMCG companies (preferred);
- International experience (preferred) and
