Key Responsibilities:
- Develop design ideas with the Design team and provide modern and functional design detailing for Hospitality and Residential Interiors and Architecture.
- Efficiently plan, research and draw out schematic and construction drawings
- Lead the Design Team in construction plans, structural, and M&E implications
- Build a good rapport with the suppliers and clients
- Understand the various material specifications on detailing

| Capacités Requises: |
- Degree in Architecture/Interior Design or any relevant discipline
- Proficient in AutoCad, 3D Max, Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat and MS Office
- Minimum 3 years experience in Construction Management
- 6 years in Design and Autocad experience, 3 years in Hospitality and High-End Residential projects
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Highly motivated and a team player
- Fluent in Mandarin and English |
