What you must have:
• Extensive development experience with Java/J2EE
• Exposure to Java libraries
• Working knowledge of databases, connectors, app servers and Web stacks
• Experience working with Web 2.0 technologies
• Experience with Agile development models
• BS/MS in Computer Science or Equivalent
• Lots of hands-on experience
• Ability to solve problems, self-starter and coach others in a collaborative environment

| Capacités Requises: |
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor`s Degree or a Post Graduate Diploma or a Professional Degree in the fields of Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent. Candidates with extensive software engineering experience with Java technologies will be considered even without the above.
Candidate MUST HAVE solid experience and knowledge in Java, Java-based Web Development (Servlets, JSP, App Servers), and Database Design and Development. Open source exposure is an added advantage.
Candidate MUST HAVE strong System Analysis and Problem-Solving skills.
Candidates SHOULD HAVE experience and knowledge in working with Hibernate ORM and Spring Framework technologies.
J2EE exposure will be helpful but not necessary.
Candidates must have a good command of the English language.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years (preferably 3 years or more) of solid working experience in Java-based Web Development projects.
