Our client is seeking experienced candidates for the following 3 roles based in Doha, Qatar.
The roles are as follows:
Head, Student Services:
This position is responsible for the planning and implementation of a comprehensive infrastructure of student services including student boarding, policies and administrative procedures designed to enhance the academic and welfare needs of students.
The incumbent is also responsible for communicating and managing enquiries plus briefings to the students, parents, education community, public and private organizations including the media on all matters under the Student Services Unit.
Head, Western Music:
This position is responsible for planning, teaching and directing its academic and music performance programmes, supervision of curricular development, instruction, faculty recruitment and enrolment management within the Western Music department
Head, Arabic Music
This position is responsible for planning, teaching and directing its academic and music performance programmes, supervision of curricular development, instruction, faculty recruitment and enrolment management within the Arabic Music department
Qualifications and Education:
„X Bachelor¡¦s degree in a relevant subject. Masters degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline will be an advantage.
Experience required for each of the roles:
„X Minimum 7 years of management experience in an educational teaching or administrative role including a record of progressive responsibility and authority in teaching and learning;
„X Proficient in the use of MS Office and knowledge of advanced computer applications including web tools
„X Superior interpersonal, communication, team-building and leadership skills to work effectively, in a dynamic, cross cultural
environment
„X Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred)
