Duties
Call All New Direct and Retail SSL customers to make sure there have been

Offer installation to customers who have access to their own server if they are

Follow up with customers after the SSL has been installed and survey the customer
To uncover needs
Have a basic understanding of The Comodo Product Line-
Be able to have basic conversations with customers about Validation and the

Requirements
Make a minimum of 80 calls per day/ average 4 hours plus of Talk time-
Have basic knowledge of Open Office/thunderbird
Sales force knowledge or experience (we can train them on this and Products)
Customer focus-Able to recognize and respond to customer needs; maintain a customer service focus and develop proactive solutions to customers’ issues.
Problem solving -Able to recognize problems and help identify solutions.
Personal Motivation - Able to display a positive attitude while meeting or exceeding the demands of a given situation, task, or performance standard.

Computer Skills:
Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word; Microsoft Excel; Salesforce and Internet
