Customer Service Representative Needed
Day And Evening Shifts in Montréal, Quebec Canada
A leading broadline retailer in the United States and Canada has a Contract position available for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to work in Montréal, QC as part of a team. Individuals who take the initiative and are solutions-driven are encouraged to apply.
Position Description:
- Provide customer service over the phone
- Provide phone-based Technical Support
- Answer any inquiries the customer may have

Customer Service experience
Must have a drive and passion for Customer Service
Must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills (listening skills will be the key to your success)
Strong computer and keyboarding skills
Attention to detail and solid analytical skills a must
Should have the ability to work effectively, both independently and as part of a team |
