• A go getter with a can do attitude who is passionate about Executive Search
• A proactive, highly energetic team player who has a vast appetite for learning and an incredible sense of humor
• A team player with strong people skills and a proven ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization
• An effective communicator with excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
• A proactive professional with the ability to anticipate client needs, keep deadlines and honor commitments
What you will do as a part of our team:
•Deep-dive into the Internet, Databases, Networking sites for Talent search of Senior Management professionals
•Presenting exciting career opportunities to candidates
•Creating a platform for our clients and candidates to interact, assess and understand each other’s value propositions
•Build and maintain relationships with Top Management professionals, such as CxO’s, VPs, SBU Heads etc
• Whatever else it takes to get the job done!
