Job Description: Plan, organize, direct and control daily operations, Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress, Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements, Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control, Select trade subcontractors and co-ordinate their activities, Oversee analysis of data and information, Develop and implement quality control programs, Prepare reports. Manage all on-site construction activities on a daily basis. Ensure project plans, budget and schedule are followed. Advise Project Manager of, and assist in resolving, on-site problems. |
| Capacités Requises: |
Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience with commercial/industrial site projects. Must be able to read & interpret blueprint & construction drawings; Education in the Civil Engineering field considered an asset; Prior BSL-3 and BSL-4 laboratory construction experience considered an asset. Russian language skills considered an asset.
Skills: Exceptional time management and organizational skills are required as well as the ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
