Job Description: Coordinate schedule of all aspects of the project containment (e.g. concrete, penetrations, HVAC systems and controls, plumbing system, architectural finishes and coatings, equipment). Manage submittals, tests, reports, product data, shop drawings, mock-ups, and other issues related to containment procedures and materials. Prepare coordination/interference drawings to be used by all construction trades. Plan and coordinate concrete curing schedule to ensure coordination between affected trades. |
| Capacités Requises: |
Requirements: Minimum 5 year experience, Education in Engineering field, knowledge of biological hazards containment systems. Candidate should have experience in prior Biological Laboratory construction, for BSL-3 or BSL-4 level facilities. Russian language skills considered an asset.
Skills: Exceptional time management and organizational skills are required as well as the ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
