- 10 years experiences in the luxury hotel industry (Four Seasons – Ritz Carlton- Grand Hyatt – Rosewood – JW Marriott – St. Regis – Luxury Collection only)
- International Experiences
- M E Experiences are appreciated but not a must

• Operational knowledge of housekeeping equipment and machine, including washing machine, dry-cleaner, pressing machine.
• Knowledge on how to clean different fabric materials
• Knowledge of chemicals
