We are looking for a candidate with minimum 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive industry) with proven Mnagament experience.
Educational Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Operations Management / Equivalent
- Degree / diploma in Technology Management / Equivalent
-Responsible for:
1. The full production function, including the production planning;
2. The operational budgets;
3. Responsible for Engineering and Continuous Improvement Activities;
4. Managing, motivating & developing staff;
5. Ensuring supplier quality and customer quality requirements are met;
6. Ensuring production targets are met;
7. Organizing and controlling the utilization of resources;
8. Implementing and executing action plans to address problem areas
