- Should be a fast learner, quick-thinker, patient, diligent and systematic
- Should be willing to work long hours and can thrive in an environment under pressure
- With good communication skills (written and spoken)
- Should be able to deal with people at all levels within and outside of the organization; must be a team player
- Preferably residing within Metro Manila
